It's not too late to send in an entry - I would love to see how you use the pots so please join in and send me something; you never know you may be the one to win a bowl if Matt Brown chooses your shot!!!!!
Once pots have left my studio I often wonder how people use them. So Iʼve decided to run a photographic competition: you send me photos of any Katherine Mahoney pot “at work”…maybe you have a salad bowl that is perfect for a certain salad or a piece that just looks perfect sitting on a window sill in the morning light, holding a flower, or filled to the brim with luscious...
Janet says: "Only a Katherine Mahoney pot is good enough for HRH King Parrot"
Well what a treat!
COMPETITION CLOSES ON THE 31ST MARCH! PLEASE ENTER ASAP!
Love these lamps that Cloth have created - I made the bases and Cloth add the fab shades in their fabrics to go on them. I am rushing now to make more for Julie's exhibition next week!
Rory sent this image from the UK and says he uses these bowls every day. Rory cooks macro biotic foods and tells me he loves the way they look and taste in these bowls. Invite me to dinner please!!!
And yes Rory you can enter the competition as many times as you would like!
Hazel made this cheesebaker work!!!
She wrote: " This is my cheesebaker by Katherine Mahoney. Here I have baked King Island Brie with fresh rosemary and red wine. Bake for 15mins at 180 degrees. Serve immediately with fresh bread and more red wine. Yum!"
It looks superb and I love the way you have cut the lid off the brie - I will try that next time - thank you!
Dilys sent in this one with pots she bought over 20 years ago when she owned and ran a gallery in Hong Kong. The set up of dinner for two is divine - just need to head to Uk before the food is served!
Stuart came home one evening las week to find that his newly aquired platter was being used by his housemates. So impressed by it being used so beautifully for healing he immediatley took these photos. Amazing!
