Hazel made this cheesebaker work!!!

She wrote: ” This is my cheesebaker by Katherine Mahoney. Here I have baked King Island Brie with fresh rosemary and red wine. Bake for 15mins at 180 degrees. Serve immediately with fresh bread and more red wine. Yum!”

It looks superb and I love the way you have cut the lid off the brie – I will try that next time – thank you!
